"The Talk" commercial has CACS crying racism

I tried to explain this process to a couple of white chicks that I work with as something that we still have to deal with....and make sure that our kids overstand. Both of them started crying and apologizing. I was like racism starts and ends with your people....not mine.
It's going to take time but stay on target. Focus on tearing down the racist, repressive system. But at the end of the day there are going to be those who will never admit complicity.

now i never even heard of this shit and they using it for real life applications.
The funny thing is that the two of them and another older white dude told me stories about their other white friends and family members and people that they knew who were racist, predjudice and had bigoted thoughts.
However, these 3 all viewed themselves as being different. I was like who could change the views of their racist friends, family and aquaintances with less resistance?
