Punk and Reigns have no love for each other. They just both hate Rollins. Reigns was yelling at Punk when Rollins caught him with that 1st curb stomp after they were all eliminated at the Rumble.
As for the 2 on 1 thing. Last year it was Randy Orton, Kevin Owens and Logan Paul in a triple threat match. Orton and Owens were cool at that point.
Because Vince McMahon never wanted Cena to be a heel.
But now that Triple H is creating all the storylines (without being overruled by Vince)... times have changed.
If Wrestlemania 41 will be another 2-day event... after the way Seth Rollins just cost CM Punk a loss at the Elimination Chamber... pretty sure it will be Seth Rollins vs CM Punk as the Main Event Match on Night 1 @ at Wrestlemania. (This ensures that Punk gets what he has always wanted >> to be in a Main Event Match @ Wrestlemania
)And Cody Rhodes vs John Cena will be the Main Event Match on Night 2, to close the show & finish the weekend.
That makes the most sense, IMO.
Unless they make Cody's Championship match to a "Triple Threat" match, or a "Fatal 4-Way" match:
- A Triple Threat match would be: Cody vs Cena vs CM Punk
- A Fatal 4-Way would probably add Seth Rollins to the mix.
Agreed. Roman has no reason to help Cody.... but that doesn't mean he would not interfere on behalf of someone else.
Let's not forget, CM Punk helped Roman Reigns win his Bloodline Wargames Match @ Survivor Series, back in November.
So CM Punk still has yet to cash in that "massive favor" from Paul Heyman.
And Drew McIntyre will most likely fight Damian Priest @ Wrestlemania.

I think he's mostly there for the kids who love him and the younger generation, but also to me it added a layer of disrespect and power to the rocks whole angle. Them turning him heel right now would not seem to serve him well since his merchandise sales would take a hit.
Also, Gunther seems to be a definite heel so would that turn him babyface?
In order to insert Roman all you have to do is have Heel Cena state that he left the WWE in the hands of the Big Dawg Roman Reigns When he went to takeover Hollywood following the path The Final Boss laid out. Somehow somewhere the Big Dawg Ego got the best of him and he turns into the self proclaimed Tribal Chief and fumbled the championship to Stardust. We all know The final Boss is and had always been the True Tribal Chief and you should all acknowledge him. As soon as the crowd boos you hit Roman's music and out comes Roman to confront Cena and the Rock. The rest of the Bloodline comes out as there is friction at the top of the family. The Rock acknowledges Roman as the Tribal Chief and says that Cena was out of line speaking on behalf of the family. Rock them gives them the signal: Cena, Jacob and Tama attack Roman. This will continue Cena vs Cody, and will led to Rock vs Roman night 1 also Jey and Solo vs Jacob/Tama in a Family Feud match
Jey will win against Gunther on Night One and will be the biggest swerve on Night 2 we he helps Cena win the title. The Rock will control both Titles and the new alliance will be Cena, Jey, Jacob and Tama. Jacob and Tama will capture the Tag Titles and all gold will be with the Corporate Bloodline.
