Did the first one do numbers like that for them to do a second one? I mean I just remembered the them even making the first one now while I was looking at the thread title.

a little Jason Bourne-ish but I think it will be good
The first wasnt really that good...but it was entertaining.. and its almost underrated as a result. I would download this one and watch.

I like Cruise but he is physically (5'7"?) different than the character (6'5") in the books ...Have read them all, waiting for the next book to come out...Sometimes it's good to read books that don't require critical thinking...lol

its a good flick...
I like the 1st one. It had a nice groove between crime solving and action. The fight scenes were dope. Good hand-to-hand action without all the stupid camera movement to simulate action (I hate that shit).

That was my issue when I first heard Cruise as Jack Reacher but I think he sold it and made the role work, I liked the first movie though it's not my fav book, I am just missing the latest one now!
