TRUMP INDICTED! TRUMP CONVICTED! GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES! ... and more convictions yet to come!!!

Harrison Floyd's atty is actually trying to argue that it's not a direct or indirect communication if you tag someone on twitter.

Judge said there is no constitutional right to bail. He crossed the line into witness intimidation but it doesn't sound like he is going to lock him up. He's going to just modify the bond.

When he tried to get his case transferred out of Georgia state court to federal court, Trump argued he was entitled to do that because he was a federal officer performing his official duties. But now that he’s facing removal from state ballots under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which forbids officers of the U.S. who have taken an oath to support the Constitution but engaged in insurrection from holding federal public office, he’s claiming he’s not an officer of the U.S. He can’t have it both ways.

Yawn….is he in jail yet?

Is all of this going to be a much to do about nothing…beyond some serious $$$ penalties and the clown walks free?

If so, there’s a real possibility of a passed off Trump 2nd and who know how much longer presidency?

Dear lord help us all.

They keep saying he said he was with 4 hookers but he didn't actually say that. He was retelling the news story.

Probably because the story doesn't mention how many hookers but Trump did.

Donald Trump has raised eyebrows online after again denying he engaged in a "golden shower" with "four hookers" in a Moscow hotel room, as alleged in the 2016 Steele dossier, even though the document doesn't give a number for those it claims were involved.

At the close of the hearing, Judge McAfee found Floyd committed a “technical violation” of the conditions of his release based on his social media behavior, but did not order that Floyd be immediately thrown in jail. Instead, Judge McAfee modified the terms of Floyd’s release to specifically address social media “posts” and “likes” and gave Floyd a stern warning.

However, MeidasTouch has uncovered that just hours after the hearing, Floyd continued to amplify social media statements that appear to violate the modified order.
