He testified during one of Trump's impeachment hearings over how Trump was treating Ukraine improperly during his first term and later sued him over the harassment him and the Republican party caused for his family. Of course Trump isn't do anything directly, he's going to let others like Musk do it for him. I personally hope Musk keeps it up and eventually Vindman will sue him in a way similar to how Guliani was sued. I know it won't break Musk but his arrogance is just annoying as hell now and is going to get worse.
