According to Justice Grier, speaking for the majority: “If a war be made by invasion of a foreign nation, the President is not only authorized but bound to resist force by force. It is important to note that this defensive power is a limited one. While the president, as Commander in Chief, has the authority to use force to defend the nation and repel a sudden attack, only Congress can authorize a prolonged war.

Many people think the military can't get involved with domestic affairs due to the Posse Comitatus Act, something like this, they can be patrolling the streets or using drones using the War Powers of the President.

What I am worried about is now he is in a position to organize people as President to storm the Capitol again due to past grievances. He did not have that during his first term until the election was 'stolen' from him. These prosecutions are adding fuel to the fire. He was spied on by the Obama administration but won the election which negates this grievance that he probably going to use.

If his people ran up into the Capitol when he was elected in 2016, it is a clear insurrection/coup to topple the government. Now he can run up into the Capitol and claim he was protesting vote rigging or malicious prosecution.

Doing the mail in ballots like crazy, looking shady counting the votes, being mayor than ascending into a special advisory position with President Biden was not a good idea. Black treachery, racial opportunist, Atlanta seems to be at the core of the problem and will be our downfall. Taking money from China, than linking himself with us. You guys need to tighten your game up.

I have been looking over the statements made by President Trump, a staunch opponent of China. What happened in 2020 may have been a successful coup attempt by China.

1. President Biden has been getting money funneled to him from China to his family members.
2. The origins of Covid-19 has been linked to an outbreak in China.
3. By having a pandemic closely to an election, it increased mail in ballots and decreased in person voting substantially. This allows more funny business to happen with the results as it can be diluted over a much larger base.

4. All you need to do is target key Republican states using urban areas that are politically controlled by us, or more specifically black women that seem to be thriving under the Biden administration.

There is no evidence that anything untoward happened but it looks suspicious as hell. President Biden does not reek with credibility and accusation like these are more believable than another person. I just know how some special needs racial opportunist think that desperately come at me, they have no credibility at all and would put us all in bind to self promote themselves with white supremacists.

I have been documenting numerous, undetected schemes they have used in the past, this behavior is quite similar to what they have done in the past a number of times.

What I recommend is having up to a year before an election, a person signing their intent to vote in person. When their mail in ballot shows up, it matches up with this document.

Secret Service doesn't have to listen to the president. They're tasked with protecting him, so if they deem a situation dangerous, regardless of whether the president thinks it isn't, they'll act to protect.
