I haven't read the posts since the last ep., but this series is on some straight up bullshit. That CAC detective didn't only have OJ's shoes in his trunk, but also his BLOOD. All the blood "evidence" had the same chemical they use in the tubes to prevent coagulation. And just like I suspected, they glossed over the Mark Fuhrer-man testimony. That CAC had an interview where he boasted about setting up Black people to send them to jail. About planting fake "evidence". And fuck that white supremacist whore Marcia Clark and her kids and that tag-along nigra Chris Darden. That bitchass nigga made Johnnie wise to the machinations of the WS LAPD. I'll give this bs one more ep before I give up on it.

This is all I've been saying. This series hasn't done shit, but made the prosecution look like victims, JC look like all he talked about was race, & OJ won cause he had black jurors. The defense won because the prosecution had a terrible case with DNA that couldn't be trusted because of the chain of custody & history of detectives involved. Instead of giving a true depiction of what happened, it's perpetuating bullshit. Bob Shapiro should be ashamed of himself for this bullshit.
It was beautiful how he did it. Its still a bullshit show, based on a book that presumes he's guilty and makes nonsense ass excuses as to why he was acquitted.

At the time Darden's bitch ass kept talking about the "ignorant" jury. As if black people can't see that the prosecution perjured their own case.
The most damming testimony at the time, to me, came from the blood splatter expert the defense brought in. He showed that the blood stain on one side of the sock is in the same place on the other side of the sock, which would be impossible if someone was wearing the sock at the time the blood got on there.
Additionally, the defense was able to show a high level of the preservative the lab uses in the blood supposedly found at the mansion. This suggested the blood was planted there.
Even if they had a case, they fucked it up. Way less about race, more about overconfidence and incompetence.
calm down guys... its the prosecutor's case now - everything you are talking about will happen during the defense's time.
In the first ep they showed the LAPD fucking up- they didn't highlight it but they showed the stuff that will come up in court - there are a few things they are glossing over but for the most part they are putting the entire trial on blast -
as I said before, the way things are going to come together, it'll be a comedy, truth is really stranger than fiction - unfortunately even after that, white people are going to still deny the facts
