This is why I don't watch TV. One of my friends told me about Rosewood about a week ago and I started binge watching. I finished the season finale Monday night. Saw a thread about Rosewood on the first page only to learn it was canceled. Fuck network TV.

unfortunately I thought it would be more appropriate for my girls but the violence and sex got a little too much for them so that is why I stopped watching.
But from what I have seen and remember they spending a LOT of money
the girl playing Supergirl is really good
and the man playing Manhunter AND Cyborg Superman is good too.
They got Jimmy Olsen who is a brother and a hero...
its all RIGHT there they just need a new showrunner and create a STRONGER universe that she can play in INDEPENDENT of Superman...
but not IGNORE the other shows and other characters.
She is in ANOTHER dimension she should be able to play with ALL the characters in the DCU!
DC needs to just relax and let them have FUN.
They should have let Arrow KEEP Suicide Squad...
and they could have even JOKED (pun intended) about them having a movie in THAT universe!

and I think is actually a SMART way to introduce some of these characters.
Berlanti isn't going anywhere but hey - I can't argue the value of the show...
all I'm saying in this thread is the show's ratings aren't good and it continues to bleed viewers
and if the trend continues, imo its likely to be canceled next year...

that your faith in the vision or competence of WB/DC to correct this, execute a campaign to raise awareness of any hypothetical improvements to the show or to ride the wave of female heroines (post wonder woman -if its a hit) or simply just carry the show along... is misplaced
and plus you know if Justice League turns out (by a fluke) to be a smash hit then we'll probably see Superman, Batman,WW,etc in television form on that network..

Naw My Brother this is the New Syfy.... they are going the CW route and letting shows hit that 4 to 5 season mark so they can get paid for those valuable streaming rights.
The games changed for the smaller Cable networks... If the show can average 1 to 2 million views and is a serial show... It makes more sense to let the series complete so people will want to binge it.
Look at what they are doing to 12 Monkeys.... they are willing to cram an entire season into a 3 day period to insure that 12 monkeys has a final season.

yes - I was exaggerating for this year but the ratings have trended down so sharply over the course of the season, if it continues next year? At this time the show will be in CWs basement not top 5

I came to enjoy Pitch in spite of a couple of the show's storylines. Rosewood was good as well.
Damn, I fucked with American Crime because that shit was gritty as hell. That first season had me hooked.
