voted for what?2 democrats voted for this as well..so what do the Dems need to control shit? House and Senate isn't enough?
Like is Civics no longer taught in schools? How is such a large portion of the internet like this?this kind of proves my point about so many people being ignorant about how government works, and depend too much on Twitter historians, who a lot of times don't know what the fuck they are talking about.
Roe vs. Wade is a law. A law that was protected for decades by the Supreme Court. A political shift in the Court is the reason the law is now being challenged and on the verge of being over turned.
Any socialist/libreal agenda can get get stopped by the Sumpreme court. Voting rights, student debt relief, reparations, etc can all be stopped cold by a SCOTUS ruling. People are already questioning the legalities of some of these things.
A perfect example is the relief bill for black farmers. Dems passed it. Racist tied it up in court. Now it has to fight it way through a combination of liberal and conservative judges, depending on where the cases and appeals are being heard. Meanwhile, the farners ain't getting shit unless it clears the courts.
This is the same type of goofy logic that I used when voting for Jill Stein in 2016. Americans don't care about 2 feet in front of them and you're out projecting that they're 8-dimensional chess players.I'm very much pro choice... and I want Roe struck down. Having something this extreme done maybe, just maybe will motivate some people (hello white women) to vote against the right wingers. .. and by extreme, I mean this would be the first time a constitutional right would be struck down.
I know the other side doesn't agree that it should fall under the 14th amendment, but it has been decided, and knocking it down literally takes a women's 14th amendment right away in the states that will and already have made it illegal. That's some shit that a good number of senators and reps don't want to have going against them when they run (blue and purple state ones).
If it takes that to turn pro choice but gop voting people to re-think....so be it.
We told u the farmers weren't getting shit when y'all were hype about it being passed @VAiz4hustlaz didn't we?this kind of proves my point about so many people being ignorant about how government works, and depend too much on Twitter historians, who a lot of times don't know what the fuck they are talking about.

50 Senators is enough when you have the vice-president to break the tie…..the problem is they don’t have 50 senators…….Joe Manchin. No they can't they only have 50 senators come on with this bullshit.
And still do nothingI know there are some Republicans who are very upset this decision came out right now especially in purple districts. I always said that Democrats was going to keep control after the midterms but their numbers would have been more smaller in the house……but now the Dems are going to gain more seats in the house.
Roe vs Wade was freedom. They are taking that away and the GOP is making a woman's choice illegal across the country. The gays will be next and then us.
No it's not that's only on things that don't require a 60 votes like the supreme court for example or reconciliation.50 Senators is enough when you have the vice-president to break the tie…..the problem is they don’t have 50 senators…….Joe Manchin.
I don't really give two shits about abortion rights, but you really got to love the gender-based identity politics that brought us here. First, Ruth Bader Ginsburg in all of her petty arrogance refuses to listen to Barack Obama and retire in 2014 when Democrats still held the majority in the Senate. Then, the Democrats clear the way for Hillary Clinton, because after a black man is elected president, the country is supposedly ready for a woman president. Joe Biden would've had 8 years of Obama's momentum and would've wiped the floor with Donald Trump. But no, they just had to hand the keys to the worst possible candidate in Hillary Clinton.
Sometimes I think Republicans are these grandmaster 12-dimensional political chess players, but it's easy to look like geniuses when the people on the other side are Democrats.
You guy are putting me to sleep with all the crying. Us real niggas will make something happen when you get your shit together.
You guys don't have a plan and never did. If you think this will change the vote, it won't.
Whats so funny you got people acting like they wanna bounce but to where, Europe? Like they don't have an alt right problem. Newsflash, them Europeans Neos make these soft batch cookies here look like teddy bears.
This change will only effect low budget people who can control themselves. Im not concerned that we will have more black people on this earth but you guys seem mad as hell about it.
Tsk tsk white folks. Im done with yall good nite.
So you are saying codifying abortion rights would take 60 votes? No it's not that's only on things that don't require a 60 votes like the supreme court for example or reconciliation.
Yes I know of no mechanism they could use without 60 votes unless Democrats remove the filibuster rule. Perhaps they will do it now but they've been shook everytime it was presented. So you are saying codifying abortion rights would take 60 votes?

And there you have it people the birth rate in America has Hit the critical phase for white women…. It’s too late to change anything for white people right now especially with their baby boomers going out the door.
This is happening around the world to all white populations Europeans are also getting hit with this pretty hard…..
EU records lowest birthrate amid a steady 60-year decline
Besides fewer women giving birth in the EU, more women are choosing to have children later in life.www.courthousenews.com
Yeah, I was sure it was would too much for some people.
