Keeps himself in great shape. People like Zahabi, Dolce & more in his corner. Hope he can right the ship, or make his way over to Bellator ...

Well said. I like how Sanko trains too. She knows those guys from that gym (Krause, Elliott, etc). She knows the hard work put forth by all combat athletes. Does a good job with those post-fight interviews, like you said. Not the generic question & answer shit. Brings some emotion to it - knows their back stories.

COVID-19 has knocked out this weekend's UFC main event.
The Curtis Blaydes vs. Derrick Lewis heavyweight contender bout scheduled for UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas on Saturday is off after Blaydes tested positive for the coronavirus, sources told ESPN's Ariel Helwani.
The UFC is hoping to reschedule Blaydes vs. Lewis for UFC 256 on Dec. 12, sources told ESPN, but no deal is done yet.
