Yup. Got 2 homeboys who teach. And I see it even where I’m at. Even in private schools there are kids who just don’t do the work or act any ol type of way. Then the parents get confrontational and generally assume it’s the fault of the teacher. A decent parent is going to be involved in what they kids is doing. Older kids u don’t have to sit and go over every subject. But u shouldn’t be suddenly finding out ur kids has been making D’s for the last 3 weeks. If so that’s a lack of accountability and support on ur part. That being said, it’s also up to us to make sure they gettin taught right. So if u feel ur kids aren’t being taught correctly, or receiving education in curriculum u think will best prepare them for life/college, the onus is on you, the parent to correct that. I don’t like having to pay tuition for fuckin private schools but what else can we do? Homeschool isn’t feasible for everyone. And I wouldn’t even care so much about this queer shit if it was like a day or a short few hr blocks of instructions. But it’s not. They want it to be a permanent, constant part of the curriculum. Again it ain’t even about being a “bigot”. It’s just that it literally does nothing to prepare children for jobs or a career. Stats about American students being low on the totem pole compared to other countries have already been posted. This has been goin on for some years. And this was before this gender shit came round. Do you think this is going to make us anymore competitive? It won’t. This silly ass generation and even some from our generation are already lazy and entitled. Think they deserve jobs with stock options, full medical dental and work from home options as soon as they graduate high school and college. Can’t barely comprehend English, can barely do math but u want a job that pays 6 figures. Makes no sense
