Nobody knows why Jews went through the Holocaust. They represented a serious colonization threat to Europe pushing for a Zionist state they were struggling to setup globally, plus their advanced knowledge of nuclear weapons/physics. Nobody had ever seen nuclear weapons prior to Japan, so it was all theoretical based in physics. They might have used the language of hate and Nazism, everything related to nuclear weapons was clandestine and nobody wanted to acknowledge their existence. Look at all the steps the U.S. took to hide the Manhattan Project.
