The WNBA is hard to market.

In the entire history of the WNBA only 7 players have dunked for a combined total of ~28 dunks. On top of that, the dunks are the most basic dunks you'll see.

Compare that to the NBA where virtually all the players can dunk and half of them can posterize someone.

The WNBA also has a lot of people that support them in principle but not in practice. They feel that the women should be paid more but can't name any players, don't own any merchandise, and don't watch the games let alone attend them in person.

I think the WNBA needs a chick that's a freak of nature that can get people to tune in the same way Serena got non tennis watchers to tune in. The problem is they would have to find a real woman not a tranny.

I'm watching the WNBA ALSTAR game right now to see if the play has gotten better, they got a 4point spot out there.
