Can't attach a faucet filter to the kitchen faucet because it has a spray function and extends, so i'm replacing it with a basic model this weekend. pray i don't flood the house lol.

Edit. main reason for adding the faucet filter is due to chemicals that survive boiling and fridge filters - https://www.epa.gov/pfas/pfas-explained
We have the 5 gal zero water pitcher for drinking and adding the zero water faucet filter for cooking.

Fam you should have saw me trying to change out the shower levers to fix a leaky faucet. Stripped the screw for the diverting handle, had to drill that out. Stems came out fine, then I stripped one of these metal seats that rests in the back of the pipe. I had to use the dremel to grind it down, then bend it with the needle nose pliers. Done?! No fucking way. I try to put the seats back into place, and only one of the fuckers wouldn't sit properly, and it was the easiest one to remove initially. Took me two days to get done, but it isn't leaking anymore and I'm eager to see the change in my water bill.

It's like that sometimes. I'm liking the extra tools I'm getting when doing repairs while making mistakes along the way.

When one of my showers couldn't shut off, not only did I have to get a shower catridge, but the catridge remover because it gets stuck sometimes. Thankfully all the showers in the house are moen.

I wrote some posts back about replacing my kitchen faucet. Was stuck trying to remove a nut before I Googled and learned there are plumbers multi tools and faucet kits to help get in those tight areas. *bangs head*

Turns out the faucet I got was too low anyways. So I'll be back at it next weekend, but I got tools that will help with other plumbing issues.

I want to do the led touch faucet for the bathroom. I got a homie that works at Lowe's, so I'm going to use that discount to upgrade the crib
