Also, many counties in WV don't have real building codes either (he said) so you could buy land and put up whatever the fuck kind of house you want.
Because of the mountains of West Virginia, they are very susceptible to a lot of flooding.
Probably would need to bring in someone representing the EPA. Lord knows if that 100 acre should be a superfund site.

Yep there is a big hope but the damage is already done. You don’t have to deal with foolishness for a long time until we completely get off of fossil fuel. It was cold as fuck around Christmas and today it was near 70° and raining in Atlanta. We have major problems.
I don't think fusion will be scaled up in time to save us from the coming breakdown.
Well it's going to be a real foot race, and hopefully, solid hydrogen fuel cells and safer versions of fission nuclear reactors can buy us some time.

Yo, it is so funny you brought that to me and my mom was just talking about that an hour ago. The crickets the hail storms. Etc. there is something major going down. Like I keep telling you guys scientist and Al Gore spoke about this shit in the 90s and 80s but no one listened.
