actually Richmond & Oakland have always had a pretty good relationship, outside of a few personal beefs.The only bay cities that never vibes wit each other was Frisco n Oakland, Richmond n Vallejo, Richmond n Berkeley. But as of lately cause of all the displacement w gentrification and housing cost, the young generations all hang with each other but it is cliquish almost on some crip n blood shit

Coming in and out of Cali for years now I don't wear any hat except my veteran or military field cap. But when I go there I am toting them hammers. Frisco cats are cool, but y’all were always too ancient to kick it. Frisco and Vallejo were the last 2 cities in the Bay to give up the Jheri Curl. Both were wearing Curls in the mid 90’s. Shags in the 2000s.
You gotta stop getting your info from YouTube. Cities in the Bay don’t really beef with each other. Street beef was neighborhood based until about 15 years ago when Case Gang branched out. Oakland is a port city, it would be real hard to make it if beefing with all of Oakland. The only real City vs City beef I recall was Oakland vs Berkeley but that was neighborhood based too.
