At least they were able to buy a million house and earn money without hearing them rambling nonsense. I watched a movie with my pirated content. This is why I don't feel sorry for them when they go on strike or their homes burned down. They will just walk over your corpse to get paid without giving you a second thought.

That is why it is important to be upfront with somebody that is black/young and tell him about it really is so they are figuring things out on their own when they're much older. The United States is not the best place for somebody like me.

Is he one of those conservative dickrider? Maybe just one of those dickheads who made a bad move and hope everyone else does?

I got a different idea. How about the gentrification of Inglewood and South LA go into full swing steroid mode and all your poor ones got to hit the road to San Bernardino Valley?

Brother, if it weren't for the shitty infrastructure (electrical and digital/internet) my wife and I would have moved our family to Puerto Rico.

Remote work gives people options and I wish the island was better suited to meet my needs as a remote worker.

I can definitely see a lot of those places listed within that Tweet seeing an influx of people, especially with the cost of living in LA.

he has this backwards. value is a lot less than rebuild. if you bought a home in 2015, it will take double/triple to build that same home today with inflation in so many supply chains to build same house. so if you bought a house for 300k it would probably take a mil to rebuild
