Shit that's what I spend my Sundays doing including today. I just came back from looking at new construction homes and I walk into all of them. People walk into mine too and I've become friends with a Black psychiatrist who I caught looking all up inside my shit. I didn't kill her.

All these things do not matter much. Here is how this will go. They are claiming an affirmative defense of self-defense, so the only things that will matter are what happened at a short moment of the shooting. Was Aubrey armed, was he the aggressor, was his movement being impeded by them. All the answers are clearly against the white primates.
All this stuff about his criminal background is irrelevant and so is what he did in that house. They did not have a right to citizen's arrest, so, they stalking him, and pointing a gun at him to stop him is the underlying felonious assault for the felony murder. I'm not a criminal lawyer, so if a criminal lawyer on here can chime in that will be fine.

I hope this holds true but i'd much rather them be killed SLOWLY while in jail to save tax payers money as a bonus i hope they send the DA to jail and that fucker who filmed it after he snitches on the stand against them.

Here is the police report. The fucker that filmed it is in trouble too. The killer stated that the fucker tried to block Ahmuad with his car too. So they were all acting in a concerted effort to stop him illegally. They all snitched on themselves.

I just read this police report. If I had any faith in our current Justice Department, this sheriff dept needs to be investigated right now...

From the report:

McMichael stated they saw the unidentified male and shouted " stop stop , we want to talk to you " . Michael stated they pulled up beside the male and shouted stop again at which time Travis exited the truck with the shotgun . McMichael stated the unidentified male began to violently attack Travis and the two men then started fighting over the shotgun at which point Travis fired a shot and then a second later there was a second shot . Michael stated the male fell face down on the pavement with his hand under his body. McMichael stated he rolled the man over to see if the male had a weapon .

If Arbery was armed, then why didn't he pull his gun? They knew he didn't have a weapon...they killed him anyway. you got 3 men with weapons vs. a man without a weapon...yall comparing this to Zimmerman are absolutely correct..dude prob getting his ass beat, then he wants to shoot somebody...

Arbery was trying to avoid a confrontation because earlier in the report they say they drove up along side him and he turned and ran in the other direction and they cut him off...this below is from the report:

they saw the unidentified male running down Burford drive McMichael then stated Travis drive down Burford and attempted to cut off the male. stated the unidentified male turned around and began running back the direction from which he came and " Roddy " attempted to block him which was unsuccessful Michael stated he then jumped into the bed of the truck and he and Travis continued to Holmes in an attempt to intercept him .

He should not have been coming up on somebody's construction site like that. He knew it that is why he fought them. He did not want to be detained before the cops arrived. Whether other white people entered the construction site does not matter.

His father did not provide a true reality of the world to him, as he may be living in denial himself. If you don't prepare your children for the actual reality with whites this is the result that will happen. I believe part of the mass incarceration problem is due to poor self-awareness of the surveillance capability of whites and their tactics. I frequently get into conflicts with people on here when I tell them about backdoors, cameras in hotel rooms, cars following you around town because these fools are living in denial. How can you prepare your children for this reality?



I talk about these things not because I am suffering from some some sort of psychosis, it is the reality I deal with and I don't want to end up like this guy clueless going up into construction sites like that thinking it's okay.
I frequently have people coming up on my virtual construction site entering it and looking around. I might have to pull up a pickup truck with my weapons after chasing you down.

There feds COULD get involved for civil rights violations since Georgia does not have a hate crime law. This would be separate from what the GBI is doing though. The case will proceed and they'll still be charged with aggravated assault and felony murder. Civil rights violations would be on top of all that.

Nothing changes.

Oh no doubt... my understanding is that GBI is only referring how the case was handled by these podunk prosecutors in Glynn County to DOJ. I have very little faith that there will be consequences for these people under a DOJ led by Barr (during an election season to boot). I may be reading this wrong though.

My first question was he a woke person, high racial self-awareness? Did he have all white friends, going on to Twitter or Instagram to chat with all his buddies because that was what every white person and coon was doing around him. With me I am on to their surveillance tactics on their platforms don't have accounts with Instagram, Twitter, or whatever garbage platform they develop to spy on people like me. I don't cheerlead their products such as Tesla which is a surveillance nightmare or other companies while eschewing black-owned companies.

I don’t care about petitions, letters, marches, more videos, discussions, meetings, thoughts etc...

The only thing I care about is a man was in the street with a shotgun pointed at Ahmaud. Ahmaud saw the gun and jogged the other way.
Man with shotgun walked/ran towards Ahmaud and he was killed.
