Okay...im still not understanding how this is news.
Well my friend, when you're racist, facts don't matter. We are seeing so many lies, and i refuse to use the word "misinformation". Misinformation is a website saying the store opens at 11, but they really open at 12. A lie, which we're seeing concerning this case, is saying Ahmaud had boots on, had a hammer, definitely had the intention on stealing, he knew McMichaels, he was fleeing, he wasn't really jogging, his mom lives somewhere between 10-40 miles away the construction site.

And it puts to bed the CAC narrative that Aubrey supposedly just lunged at a fucking shotgun and made the CAC inadvertently pull the trigger.
Shit i didn't even know that bullshit WAS a narrative.

What folks need to know is that it doesn't matter what Aubrey did. According to GA law, the assailants had no legal reason to confront him in the first place.

phanatic - Slowed down video showing Travis prepointing the shotgun is two weeks ago
But like you said they can not see that, nor can they see or hear the first shot as soon as Ahmaud got to the front of the truck
They are making up all kinds of stuff out of thin air to say it is his fault for being dead ( there is something on the street at the start of the video )

BigDaddyBuk - These people do not care what the Law is ! ! Listen to Roddie's Lawyer say that the people of Cobb County will NOT find him guilty. If the trial is held in the same town with an all white jury of homeowners. They could say nothing happened. It will not be easy but the trial needs to be moved to Atlanta. This is why Roddie's Lawyer wants the Trial as fast as possible. He knows the longer the three sit in jail someone will crack and start singing like 69. It will only take one to bring all three down

‘The people trying to justify the killing were saying that Georgia is an open carry state and as long as the person didn’t point the weapon then he wasn’t breaking the law. In the cleaned up and stabilized video it shows Travis McMichael raising the gun and pointing it at Ahmaud when he gets out of the truck and that’s the reason Ahmaud ran to the right and the reason the guy filming moved the phone so quick.

3+ hours? :hmm: no, i dont think i will.

what is the bombshell?

:roflmao2:  When I posted the video it was a LIVE session and was only about 10 minutes in

it didn’t because they are saying how they still couldn’t tell if it was a gun that was raised, that you can’t raise a gun in that position, that he may have just raised his hand and told Ahmaud to stop, and some were even saying it looks like it may been Ahmauds arm when the arm that came up was white:hmm:

See, I'm not aware of what "people" are saying because "people" aren't trying this case. The law matters, not uninformed opinions.

I'm liking what the GBI is saying and doing. Im liking how those klansmen were denied bail. I'm liking how the camera man was arrested and indicted. I'm liking the fact that a special judge was appointed. All of this stuff is tracking right thus far.

My personal opinion is this: don't be surprised if those McMichaels end up like jeffrey epstein.

GBI are close to wrapping this all up as of last Friday, in conjunction with a team of special investigators.

No denying the mountain of evidence in front of them. They’ve been swift and efficient through this whole thing.

And in regards to the last bit.. If they have the means to off themselves in their cells, I won’t lose any sleep. Maybe in celebrating with the Arbery’s, but that’s about it.

The Law does NOT matter, This will be a Jury Trial and a Jury can do anything they want and White people know that.
Uninformed opinions do matter. Because if these thoughts can pop into the public s mind , then they can pop into the jury's mind just as easy. The Lawyers should be ready to clear these thoughts quick

it show dont.

the comments section on all these videos are filled with potential jury selections, if you read them no matter how many facts you throw at them they will overlook it and repeat stuff they heard some other guy said in a video, a comment someone else made or even make up stuff just so they can continue to say they are right. This was a long video but below at the 1:18:00 mark there’s a caller that called in, he kept repeating stuff he’d heard or read and would say that’s why he feels they will get off. The guy in the vid had the caller state each reason why he felt that way, every single reason was proven to either be a lie or something that couldn’t be verified but the caller would still try to find ways to say he was right even adding stuff in that clearly wasn’t said just so he could be right, at the very end he kinda agreed that he needed to verify stuff before he repeated it but I still think he would’ve found the guys not guilty if he was on a jury

o_O o_O Watch this vid by Amazing Lucas and looks like Travis raises his gun as Ahmaud is running towards the truck

Juries are instructed to follow the law.

Or NOT. George Zimmerman got off because Angela Corey didn't want him convicted. Thats why she's a FORMER prosecutor.

These folks in GA are going to get their win. The law is clear, the jury will be instructed to follow it.

No. In the Zimmerman case, the judge explicitly told the jury that they must comply with the court's instructions. George Zimmerman got off because the jury decided NOT to follow the law. It had nothing to do with Angela Corey. In Florida, even if the jury knows someone's guilty, and there is all the evidence in the world that someone's guilty, they can still vote not guilty. I don't know if they same applies to Georgia.

Right, and for every fucked up, unfounded point that he tried to push, he couldn't cite one source for his hearsay. That shit morphed into a live streamed mental counseling session.:smh::hmm:

It was the DA. if they wanted Zimmerman convicted they wouldve brought up charges where a conviction was pretty much guaranteed.

"I think the problem was they overcharged it in the very beginning," said Holly Hughes, a criminal defense lawyer who was not on Zimmerman's legal team. Had prosecutors started with the manslaughter charge, the outcome might have been different, she told CNN.

Fam, CNN was giving a lot of excuses using several garbage-ass experts on why Zimmerman was going to be set free from the very beginning of the trial.

Manslaughter was one of the charges in the case. It was proven by the prosecution using a professional witness. It was agreed to by the defense. It was defined on the court's instructions. The jury even asked the judge a clarification about manslaughter during deliberations. And even then they said fuck it. Not guilty. Afterwards, one juror said she felt bad for poor George so that's why voted not guilty.

First of all, attacking CNN is on some ad hominem bullshit. The information they provided is factual and true, regardless of how it refutes your claim.

Secondly, Zimmerman WAS NOT CHARGED with manslaughter AT ALL. He was charged with 2nd degree murder, which meant he decided to kill before he killed. That was damn near impossible to prove in that circumstance. the judge told the jury they could consider manslaughter AT THE END of the trial. The prosecutions case was not based on trying to prove manslaughter, nor did the jury have prior instruction towards the law concerning it.

The prosecution tanked the case.

And here's whats funny, I'm only repeating what lawyers have been saying the entire time.

But you know more than the lawyers I'm referencing, right?

yeah the only way you can stalk someone that was minding his own business, c0nfront him after being told not to by the 911 operator, get into a fight and then shoot and kill him and get off is if the jury just said fuck all that other stuff we think he innocent...smh

Thanks for the reading materials. There's a clear consensus that the state tanked this trial. Those involved should be disbarred and prosecuted themselves. :hmm::curse:

Sigh*. You're giving me your ignorant OPINION. I'm telling you what actually happened. Not "my claim". I READ the court documents with the instructions of the case. And I followed the trial from beginning to end. The manslaughter charge was not introduced at the end of the trial. It was discussed during the trial. And it was stated in the court's instructions, which the jury had in their hands during the trial. Not at the end of it.

The prosecution had a professional witness to verify that Zimmerman's injuries were not life threatening. Which according to the court documents that the jury had, qualified for the manslaughter charge that they could convict Zimmerman of. The judge didn't just tell them at the end. It was part of the trial. And the prosecution proved it. True, it could have been better to charge him with manslaughter at the very beginning, but he was charged with it nonetheless.

Posting more articles is not going make any of these facts any less true. I don't understand how someone who obviously didn't watch shit from the trial keeps posting articles to support his ignorance. But this is BGOL so here we are.
