My new one came yesterday. I just fired it up. The pierogies browned better in this one I think. It might be a tad smaller. The description said 9.5 qt and the gowise was 10.5. I read it was manufactured at the same factory but has different inventors. It was 129.00 vs the 90.00 I'd paid before, but it includes the filter, steak cage and baking pan the gowise charged an extra 30 bucks for, plus a holder for the fry cage a kebob ring + a steamer accessory. It's more top heavy than the gowise, but it has good suction cups so it's not noticeable. It opens straight up instead of at an angle, the power cord is shorter, and to close it you have to press the button on the lid underneath. The gowise has a button there also on the inside that released the lock, but it's the gourmia's only option., no outside lid release. The only thing I didn't like so far besides the shorter power cord, is that the rack is a bit shorter. I had purchased a rack to use underneath it so I can do layers of wings, and now the space may be too narrow. We'll see. It had better instructions than the gowise so I'm linking that for you plus the recipe booklet that comes with it:

I was happy to see a recipe for bbq potato chips. I've been wanting a salt free version I can make, but wasn't sure of the other spices.
This guy has a youtube channel where he experiments with recipes. I don't think he always cooks things thoroughly tho. Semi amateur...

I really hope I don't have any technical issues with this because I want the large size instead of the baskets. The fan doesn't sound quite as smooth as the gowise, but that may be because I have the filter on also. I like being able to see the food cook with out opening the lid. It's so big tho, that I'm going to have to get a chef or kitchen cart for it. I don't really have the counter space. I just made a huge pot of beef stew so I probably won't use it much for a couple of days, but I specifically bought french toast sticks so I can use it in this thing...lol... This thing is going to cause me to eat more carbs. I plan on keeping marinated chicken wings in the fridge tho. Costco sells a six pack of party wings that I like and they recently updated them, the package now says that it is no salt added. Most places use add a salt water mixture to their chicken.
