Im in the process of getting my real estate license to invest in properties. Some states require a person to have some kind of investor license to purchase properties or wholesale them. Real estate is definitely where it's at for financial generational wealth.
If your financial advisor doesn't recommend it its pretty much a scam. If you can't log onto your Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, or Charles Schwab account and click on the fund its pretty much a scam. If you can't talk to your Advisor and he know about it its pretty much scammy. Never trust a person about investing who talks fast like Jay.

Group economics sounds good but in 2022 that is words to get scammed by. Ask someone to see their portfolio , they history, etc. I got a childhood friend who is a realtor who owns properties. He can talk from experience, show his properties, and give you solid proven numbers. Folks like him aren't playing on your emotions like Jay does. Another personal red flag for me is a dude in a suit. Conman uniform

I'm all for our people learning ways to make money as a collective without being scammed but sadly our people are being taken advantage of, until they're able to find a person who cares to tell them truth giving them accurate information.
I think investing groups may be the best way to go, if you can find a few series people. This type of news makes you not want to work with anyone but as a people we know we won't make any substantial progress if we move this way. I had an idea of finding 1000 black men & women to invest $1000 into a project they all agree on. I think the key is for it to be transparent.

Yeah, transparency is very important.
You gotta know what your investing and with who.
Also, gotta know where the money will be going and how much would be made on your ROI.
Not to be debbie downer but the average person is not going to want invest with that many people. What will the return be? How much income would the person over the group make? If I have a thousand cash I would rather save up a little longer and purchase a property solo. Sounds great in theory but thats just too many people for a thousand.

Thing is this mf knew he had no way to grow the money and last I checked he was in the hole 3 million of the funds raised which was close to 10 million I believe.
