My one Invici-belle only got two heads that went from green to red, Everything else stayed green.

All of my hydrangeas bloomed except Bobo, little quick fire & Zinfin Doll. Lime lights, heartthrobs, Quick fire's, Endless Summer hydrangeas and the older hydrangeas are all blooming.
I think that cold blast we had (NY) in late April stunted them

I got an irrigation system for my garden, that waters at the base. Everyday it get about a min worth of water plus the smart scheduling I use. I am pretty sure it is a soil issue. I need to get a soil test done and amend it based on that.
Mulch will help retain moisture as well as enrich the soil as it decomposes.
You'll want to refresh it twice a year.
My bad, twice a year is for pine straw. Mulch is once a year, you wanna make sure its 3" deep.
in addition to mulch- try to pack potting soil and some egg shells a few inches deep around the base
all hydrangeas are very thirsty - so try longer watering time - 2x day -early morning & late afternoon / dusk

for food we did compost and mulch late autumn at a shallow depth
and in the spring when we would turn over top soil
for perennials - compost late fall - mix of top soil and mulch in spring or limestones if xtra sun light was needed

Unfortunately they were both male, but still. When have you ever seen an 8 foot weed plant before blooming! I was into something. Too bad I can't ID female seeds from male seeds

I did find some that they missed and smoked that. It's a very smooth indica.
But I didn't get to finish the batch that I improved my feeding and watering process. I think that's more disappointing than my felony
Hell, if they would have waited about a week I would have cut down 24 plants (the males and hybrids) and only had 12 not 36. But hey.. the only reason I grew so much was because I knew the majority would be males (useless).

There is a great number of possible reasons they didn't survive. Check how much light, water and fertilizer they were getting. The humidity, and temperature they were exposed to also has a huge impact. The soil or other medium they were growing in as well as the container, on and on.
I did my research and got some plants that didn't need direct sunlight and only followed the watering guides. I didn't use fertilizers though.

Is it legal to buy marijuana seeds?
Marijuana seeds are considered a cannabis product just like flower, edibles, and concentrates. Their legality depends on which state you live in. People living in states with adult-use legalization can buy, produce, and sell seeds within their own state, but seeds can’t cross state lines. People living in states with medical marijuana legalization can only buy seeds if they have a medical card.
Seed banks exist outside of the US and can sell them for “souvenir purposes,” but it is illegal to bring seeds into the US and Customs will seize any cannabis seeds they find in packages or on a person.
An update on laws that affect buying weed seeds
In April 2022, the DEA released a letter clarifying the legality of cannabis seeds. A lawyer wrote the DEA, arguing that because a cannabis seed itself contains less than 0.3% THC, they should be considered hemp, which was legalized in 2018.
The lawyer’s argument was that the material itself—the seed—was less than 0.3% THC, whereas the law has always considered weed seeds illegal because they will turn into a cannabis plant that will have more than 0.3% THC.
The DEA wrote back to the lawyer agreeing, and saying that if a marijuana seed contains less than 0.3% THC, it is not a controlled substance.
However, the letter from the DEA is an “official determination” and not law. The legality of buying and transporting cannabis seeds across state lines is still murky, but the DEA’s position does pave the way for more relaxed laws on weed seeds.
Even plants that don't need direct sunlight require sufficient indirect light. Also potted plants will need to be fertilized at some point because they'll eventually deplete the nutrients initially in the soil. Also temp, humidity, pathogens, toxins, etc...
So can they be shipped to anywhere in the US with impunity? Because I thought in most hemp prohibition states the THC level doesn't matter.
Seems the law isn't really clear, so some dumb ass DA can end up making you spend thousands in legal fees.

So just got done overseeding my lawn. I finally got to use my Landzie compost spreader to put down Peat Moss. Bought about 6 bags and that still wasn't enough. I put the peat moss down where it needed it most in my shade areas (used a shade perennial Ryegrass) that have quite a few bare spots
