KNDI woulda, shoulda, coulda. Oh well.
last year was the year to have gone all in. I can't tell you the number of stocks that doubled, tripled, quadrupled in value. this year is different. a correction is pending and looming. still there are some value stocks to be found. look at what chipotle did today. I was looking at it a couple of weeks ago too when Apple did a split. it was on my list of potentials to buy and of course, I sat on the fence. Facebook and Gilead releasing earnings this week. should be interesting.KNDI woulda, shoulda, coulda. Oh well.
Malaysian airline stock is near rock bottom. Anyone buying for pennies? Upside?

They've been talking about a correction for the past year.
yeah
i don't even know how this below was even possible. some illegal insider trading shit was going on. PUMA (not the shoe company) from yesterday to today
an interesting article on KNDI. This was just released today (7/23/14)at 3:20pm. The stock is fell 12% today and will probably continue to fall tomorrow. I just purchased some of this stock on Monday.

Summary
Most KNDI electric vehicle sales are to KNDI subsidiaries, not to the end-user.
The new EV parts business launched in Q1 resells battery packs at a loss to create the illusion of rapid company sales growth.
KNDI EV and parts sales appear to be related to inventory buildup for the Carshare project and may not be reflective of end-user demand.
KNDI appears to only have a 9.5% economic interest in the Carshare project.
There is no official company data to show how the Carshare project is doing financially.
I've never seen a one day move like that(outside of an IPO). Not even with penny stocks.

damn, I need a 3 day time machine for real. If I was on that all in I coulda made a killin. DAMN, Right now all I got is WWE (got at $10.90 and Sprint (got at around $7.80). Sprint got up to 9.50 but dropped back.
I'm thinking about jumping in on AMZN if it drops another day.
Them motherfuckers don't seem to ever want to make a profit. Wall street is seems to hate that lately. Stock probably won't go up much for a while.
Fuck that.
Lately I've been only eyeing Chinese internet growth stocks.
bump.
one stock i would suggest you guys buy if you got some throw away money is arwr. they're working on a hepatitis B cure. research supposedly looks promising. if these guys are able to nail it, i can see the stock quadrupling. will continue to monitor
I don't know man. I don't really see a hep b cure being that much of a mover(as far as the stock is concerned). Now if they were working on something for cancer, hiv, or something for mental disabilities, I'd be all in.
bump.

I considered this, anyone else looking at it. While I'm a novice it doesnt seem to be on the US exchange, but rather KL (Kuala Lumpur). Please chime in.
how u figure that? hep B is a serious disease. over 1.4 million in the states alone and over 300 million worldwide. it is on the same level as HIV even worse because there are more people living with Hep B than HIV. they're all burdens on health care costs and insurance companies will pay whatever they have to pay to get a person of maintenance meds with a one time cure

I once used to look at Airline stocks until I read that Airlines go bankrupt a lot. And the article had the numbers to prove it.
Fuck that.
I mess with 3x etf's a lot. Today was going to jump in on TNA(direxion small cap)once i thought it had gone as low as it would go. I set a limit order of 67.30(it was at 67.40 at the time), but with a few minutes it started to go down. So I cancelled. and set a new limit order for 66.80(purely to get a round number of shares with the money I had). The shit started going back up to 67.80.
I cancelled that order and went back to my original 67.30. The order executed at 3:30. It closed at 66.80.
I see. the market got bipolar today. everything in red
I'm betting on a rebound tomorrow and picking up a few bucks. Almost every time I've thought about getting in at the end of a huge downturn I didn't do it, and the market shot back up. I also thought about jumping in on QIHU if it got down to 90.
TSLA is stock is going up....
therefore SELL vertical option credit spread TSLA 100 14 210 /205 PUT @ 1.17
risking 383 dollars to make 117
this is for one contract
Stock has to stay above the 210 to keep all the money.
49 days to go so plenty of time value in the the option
So you could trade 10 contracts, but I can't handle that much riks so I'm only trading 3.
