I'm reading the comments in the article. It looks like those that were holding HTZGQ (Hertz under the bank symbol) may have to wait a few days for those shares to officially convert to HTZZ. Some ppl were complaining that their "Q shares" are frozen for now.

I'm not holding, so I'm not 100% sure. Sounds like it's not an instant conversion though. Or maybe it depends on the broker.

Earlier this year I had some shares and sold at a loss.
I am very careful fucking with OTC stocks.

RRSP portfolio's been doing well. Mutual funds - long term - 90% medium risk / 10% high risk. It's been up and down lately, but up just over $7000 since mid-May 2021. Thankfully the recovery process has offered peace of mind. The portfolio's up $47,000 since it dropped to its lowest point in the spring of 2020.

Separately, had two 50K GICs mature in early-June. Going to re-invest them at some point. Miss the "old days" when interest rates were better.

I'm pretty sure the possibility of that happening is the reason why he relinquished the reigns to Andy Jassy. Shareholders will be in full clinch on the day of the launch.. He makes it up there and back home safely, Amazon share take another huge vertical ride... He blows up while attempting to be Rocket Man, and Amazon will take a huge dip... As morbid as it sounds, I am tempted to bet against him coming back..
