Are Barbers Today Over Charging People Or Nah?

The pandemic is over, they want to keep charging these high ass prices to support their lifestyle.

But like I said, they will continue to lose clients increasing the price for a haircut.
This shit is wild!!! I gave my barber a bottle and gift card as a parting gift back in 2011 and been doing mine ever since. Finally came on home and I like giving myself a fresh baldy in 5 minutes. I cant see paying 2-3 hundred a month to stay fly.:smh:

Right, it shouldn't cost a arm and leg to get a haircut when it doesn't even take that much time.

These barbers want to live beyond their means charging these high ass prices.

They think because their expensive ass barber chair or barshop being upscale with luxury furniture warrant to charge clients a lot of money..FOH.

At least in Philly and outside of it, I got plenty of choices to get with another barber when I want to after being priced out.

Yeah. I know for a fact my old barber raised them prices through the roof to pay for his new benz and house. I bought some clippers like 5-6 years ago and never looked back. Cant fuck up a bald head and goatee.

I just haven't gotten to that point to want to do that yet.

I've been thinking about getting a baldy.

I don't have a receding hairline and my hair grows fast with my hairline being perfect.

But when it comes to saving money, it seems like the right route to go, but the problem is I'm now ready to cut all my hair off to go bald yet.

Yeah, I still have all my hair too even though it's going gray and my hairline is fine. It's just that I could never figure out how to do a fade. Shaving it bald is just easier/faster and I like how it looks anyway with my beard. Plus I save so much money/time/gas it was a no brainer for me. My brother's all just started growing braids/dreads years ago and I tried but I can't stand all that shit on my head.
