Woman shot, killed walking out of convenience store in Decatur
A young woman was murdered on her way out of a convenience store in Decatur, according to police. She was only 27 years old.

so even if a tenant pays their water bill,.....but the property owner doesn't pay their water bill....that the county can still disconnect water service for everybody??

For the tenants that are current with all their bills and rent......they'll have to endure the suffering of other people's faults.

Property manager said tenants weren't paying rent or water bills in pandemic.
I don't believe her if she says water is included in rent and ALL OF THEM HAVE PAID FAITHFULLY.
That would be pretty easy accounting.
They likely didn't pay which led to the property going behind.

so they are trying to get the tenants out and the landlord will sell it to property developers
