RIP to the brotha that tried to help.
But, again. sometimes better to leave things alone.
Dude had it in his mind that the brotha trying to help,
Was the one taking his wife from him.
Shoot out occurs.
Both men are dead.
Now his wife REALLY is single now.

So the tenants weren't paying...Yall thought it was just gonna go away? Nah.

so even if a tenant pays their water bill,.....but the property owner doesn't pay their water bill....that the county can still disconnect water service for everybody??
either somethin aint addin up.........or somethin just aint right here.....
For the tenants that are current with all their bills and rent......they'll have to endure the suffering of other people's faults.

Somebody lying...

Property manager said tenants weren't paying rent or water bills in pandemic.

I don't believe her if she says water is included in rent and ALL OF THEM HAVE PAID FAITHFULLY.

That would be pretty easy accounting.

They likely didn't pay which led to the property going behind.

commenters are saying that area is up and coming
so they are trying to get the tenants out and the landlord will sell it to property developers
