To claim "you didn't know" at this point....smh. I hate to see people become the instigator of their own demise.

Unpaid Bill's have repercussions. They wanted the landlord to just cover it. Who's covering the landlord's bills?

I have a case out on a former tenant for doing this exact same thing. She owes me over 8000 in unpaid rent from the pandemic. I gave her a grace period which she ignored. So, I'm going after her retirement funds.

Fuck me? Nah, fuck you.

This is nothing new right now people are catching the repercussions from not having to pay rent during the pandemic. Landlords are saying fuck it now.

She don't know her retirement account is about to get garnished to pay me my money!

This is what I don't understand. If someone caught them and shot them, they may be in trouble. Your car should be the extension of your house. If you catch someone breaking in and you're outside you should be able to shoot them, car or house!
