What symptoms did you have to prompt the doctor visit?
Last week or so, it started stinging/burning when I pissed. I hadn't been out there fuckin around lately so I ruled out that it was an STD. So did a prompt care visit last Thursday and they said I had a UTI. After they did the culture study though, come to find out it was a yeast infection, due to too much sugar. My blood sugar was at like 380. So it's time to get back right. 10-15 years of bullshittin around caught up to me.

Too many carbs. I'm not a big sweet eater, and don't drink soda very often, but carbs are like crack to me. French fries, pasta, bread, etc. Those are my weaknesses.

The thing is it is harder than any drug. You need everyone around you to support you! Whole house needs to get on the ball.
I am sure it can help them too. Switch out most meals for salad with no dressing. I/O dressing use vinegar. Red Wine, Rice or balsamic.

Anyway, biking is really my thing, when im out there on my bike nice sunny day with the fresh air blowing! I am in heaven. Best way to clear my mind. Sometimes i ride with a crew, we might ride to the beach get some drinks/food and ride back

I just recently got back into riding since my new job site allows me to be home by 2:30pm

Biking used to be my thing too. Can't do it where I live though - too many hit and runs.

Chickfila isn't that bad if you avoid the fries. Two grilled chicken sandwiches will give you about 60g of protein at around 500 calories.

It depends on fast you walk. You can walk fast and hit your target heart rate

you dont even have to walk fast, proper posture holding your stomach in, and deep breathing excercises as you walk..

distance, hills and steps is a workout... especially incorporating some stair work in your walk routine..

I feel sorry for folks that drive all day, and dont get any walking or excercise in their daily routine..

when that wall hits.. its gonna it hard just like op sayin

One thing I've learned... First thing in the morning, either just before or just after sunrise. A good walk, come home and get a big glass of water. Really starts my day off right.

It helped keeps the pounds off as well and clears the mind.

I'm about to get back to it.

How are you doing now bruh? Intermittent fasting or Keto can take you a long way towards reversing this shit without even incorporating heavy cardio and weightlifting.

Not too bad. I'm doing the 12 hour beginners type shit. 7-8 hours of the fast spent sleeping.

I see so many patients with gout, DMII, HTN, PVD, PAD. The one thing i can say most of them share in common is that when they arw coached on lifestyle changes to manage the disease, they all feel that the day to day walking is all they need to do....stop and think. Were you bed bound and immobile when u became obese? Likely not. So what makes ur out of shape ass think that doing the bare minimum is gonna yield result.

Now let me be clear. Yes if you are a morbidly obese 500+lb person then yeah, walking and being proud if a few steps is a big accompmishemnt for that person. So yeah, hit your few thousand mandatory-to-function daily steps and consider it a workout
