I get milled flaxseed from Aldi's. goes right in my smoothies. Keeps you full for a long time too.

My dad's gf has been a good influence on him in recent years. Cutting down on portion sizes. More meals at home. She encouraged him to get a rec centre membership at the start of the year. He has gotten a routine going wherein he swims laps 4 times weekly, and hits the hot tub afterward. Happy for him as it's a good form of cardio & low impact/stress on the joints (arthritis in 1 knee).

I love bike riding! I'll start in the west end & hit the beltline or piedmont park during the week... the weekend Dr. Truth is holding court shirtless in his skinny skin tight fag cut jeans & & sneakers walking his purse dog, with the rest of his boy lover crew, but that's another story! Ijs..

Riding ya bike down peachtree late @ night is a real relaxing ride. it's mostly downhill until you get tp piedmont hospital area... you uphill till you hit the ga tech technology center area.

I jog around the reservoir every other day.

I had to move back to the Bronx & in Kingsbridge we have a huge ass reservoir.... Lehman college, Clinton High school area...

It's a nice activity.
The 1st day I went half way around then the next I went all the way. I didnt have my watch on....

Before the shut down I was averaging about 10K steps per day.
Since that time its more like 4000. At one point it dipped to 500. The most I've walked came two weeks ago when I walked 24K steps to make up for lost time and laziness. 10 miles of walking was the total sum I believe. Feet ached...
