A ridiculous amount of resources that are being found for the immigrants but nothing yearly for clearly and specifically set aside for the black folks and brown folks currently struggling in Chicago. Yes there are programs that the city is investing and implementing to help Chicago people but the yearly cost for this migrant situation could easily hit 400 million a year....for non resident immigrants ...voters need to question that bullshit.
