but WHAT is the criteria? that's the key point. Cause young black men who aren't in college at 18 will be the ones who get drafted immediately.
OR thugs will just go to community college to get that check to get their car and not get drafted.

The science has already been done.Only thing missing is the mainstream conversation.

One of the illest videos I've ever seen. More so because of the way the camera landed the video frame was "composed" like In a cinematic fashion. From capturing the shooter mecrcelessly dumping on dude to the zen like breeze flowing through the trees and the moving clouds. The irony from the stop sign in the frame like it was a message from God to stop this madness. Oh my god. :eek::(

Our biggest problem starts with us exercising little to no power regarding the cultivation of our minds. We cannot expect to be educated properly by the ancestors of ours enslavers. Without our own schools, hospitals and strong social and economic core focusing on us this will continue to happen to no end. CHICAGO — Video posted to social media appears to show a brazen shooting in Chicagothat left a man in critical condition.

The 31-year-old victim was taking part in a “Facebook Live” video — recording himself and streaming the video to Facebook.

He was standing outside a store at 55th and Hoyne in Chicago’s West Englewood neighborhood when the shooting happened.

He was hit multiple times and taken to the hospital, where he was fighting for his life, according to WGN.

Police said the victim is a documented gang member.

They are following up on leads.

Look like a known wanted dude got hit by a drive by.... I didn't hear any screeching tires or stop, the down range shooter was trying to hit the fleeing car, nothing new for Englewood. All of Chi is not like this at all.
