Steph shot from anywhere and most hadn't seen shooting like that before. The same with Caitlin, we haven't seen shooting like that from a women and it was exciting to watch.

The number of games played by WNBA teams has steadily increased since the initial 28-game schedule in the inaugural season; for most of the league's history, teams played 34 games before the schedule was expanded to 36 games in 2022 and 40 games in 2023.​

These records come with more of an asterisk than the baseball steroids era. We need to talk about per game averages for players who played a certain percentage of eligible games. Cumulative numbers mean nothing.
