Chadwick Boseman Dies of Colon Cancer

Chad just turned 43. It was said he battled colon cancer for 4 years and when he was initially diagnosed he was stage 3. That would put him around age of about 37 or 38 depending on his Bday.

So he probably developed colon cancer sometime between the age of 34 to 35. Being that young and the shape he was in, it was no way for a doctor to know as they would have not suspected him of ever having anything like that.

At stage 3 it more than likely got to his liver. Generally that is terminal:smh:

Hate to say but he’s right, my doctor told me there was no way with my age and my shape they would ever checked me for colon cancer. And that it had to start at 29 years old for me just going off the size.

but stage 3 doesn’t mean got to his liver my just lymph nodes

Damn....a scary thought getting colon cancer not only in your 30's but 20's.....

He was the star of the highest grossing/one of the most iconic Black films of all-time.

That's something nobody can take away from him.

R.I.P.
Nah they can't. Also played a bunch of legendary black roles as well. The role of T'Challa was historic and will go down someday in cinema as one of the most iconic roles ever. In the same vein as we see Marlon Brando's Godfather...Pacino's Scarface.....T'Challa and BP meant a lot for us whether we want to admit it or not.
The most treatable cancer also. Problem is most don’t recommend screening until 45 or 50
I always wondered that shit......I've seen 20 year olds have it. Well late 20's anyway yet they don't recommend testing for it.

I want to see black people be screened for colon cancer at earlier ages. Even tho I am not 50, I have plans to get screened later this year.
Dawg, I'm 47 as part of my yearly physical there is a screen of your blood work that will check for colon cancer.

Family make sure your Doctor is doing this as part of your normal blood work.

I don't get the finger until 50. Pray for me because I'm trying to get my mind right now for that.

They were really good friends and I know Michael B Jordan will do right by the character and Chad would be proud of him. I may be open to other replacement later but emotionally I only want to see Michael B or retire the character. I know life goes on but I can’t see another T’Challa if it is not Chad.
