You have a higher probability of dying from a fight Superman is having in Metropolis than being apart of Batman's rogue gallery. Life insurance (which you can live without) premiums are through the roof in Gotham, but property/car insurance, hell that bill alone would kill you! I'll take my chances in Gotham too.
