Assumption is that the parking garage exits parallel on each floor of the apartment complex. So you can park I guess on the same floor of your car and walk across to your apt. That shit is nationwide. Cleveland majority black city council and has had 2 black mayors, but they all cave to pigs. It's just expected.
Local level politics are a shame. Shit. Seems like the more black folks running a city the less justice the residents get -- see East Cleveland.
This pig wasn't even arrested at the scene as far as I know. An electrician who did 16 hours going to jail, but pig is a protected class and these local black officials should be held accountable.
Sad to say, these officials/politicians are just tokens who enjoy the perks working those positions while playing the people.

She was tired. Soooooo exhausted, but somehow managed to successfully drive an automobile to her destination.
Shit, they want us to believe she was so fucking exhausted...well if she was, what was the quality of her police work in the 13th, 14th and 15th hour of her shift?....was she out there in this impaired state interacting with the public?....or did she suddenly get super exhausted the minute her car entered the parking garage?
