She was going with the dude and got mad because he wanted to quit her and break their relationship off. Also they found some of her equipment in his apartment and I guess that was from the relationship they had earlier.
Really finding it hard to swallow this pill. I'm still going with my original theory that she was complaining about the noise and banged on his door to complain then things ensued.
You are forgetting she has had previous noise complaints against him? Up to the very morning of the shooting? They are trying to sway the public with this BS about her gear being there as if she dropped her gear probably as you normally would when you walk into "your" home nonsense. I'm sure the first "boss" or sergeant that came on the scene told her how to construct her story. I have been on scene and seen shit first hand how they will twist a story to make a better narrative if shit hits the fan. I am sure they never expected this to blow up in the media to this magnitude or grow legs as it has, but too many are watching and finding holes.
My questions still stand to the above contents of his apt that they took above.
Why is a lunch box circumstantial evidence? Was that hers and they are trying to show as part of her evidence "coming home"?
A laptop? Why would they take his laptop, or was that hers left there also from "coming home" from her shift?
And two pieces of first aid used? To show she tried to give first aid to him for sympathy at the trial?
Any police gear or her belongings I think were placed there after.
Anyone tell me, you walking into YOUR apartment, with the door ajar, AND look at the list of her belongings, you a little tiny 115 pound woman. Carrying utility belt, laptop, vest, lunchbox and your backpack. You see your door cracked, you aint leaving that shit at the front door and entering with caution and yelling inside, saying "hey who's in here, come out" something, anything?
Look at what's presented, maybe I just look at things differently weighing all that's presented to me. Human psyche just doesn't add up to me. And this aint no jilted lover type shit. You ain't gonna call a noise complaint on your bf or side dude you fucking upstairs.
And you damn sure ain't leaving police departmental shit at his house. Tell me her draws or clothing was there in his bedroom is a different story. But why would you leave your job equipment there. No sense.
