Tell me what rounds he won
outside of then 5,6,7 10, and 11
He did nothing in the first four rounds got knocked down in the 9 and 12 even if you give him

The only rounds Wilder won were the one's he 10-8. All the other rounds I had him losing...

He didn't do much work- Fury dictated the pace.

He didn't throw that many punches and the power shots he threw he didn't land. Fury stole as many rounds as he flat out won via the Sugar Ray Leonard method of punching out of the round. That's round 1-4 right there. Fury got his jab working midway through round one. Wilder? About round 6.

So not only did your boy lose most of the rounds he looked bad doing it. This fight could have been over in round 3 if Wilder knew what a uppercut was and how to follow it up after that crazy overhand right Fury was ducking. It got to the point Fury was laughing at him because he knew Wilder could've finished his ass at any moment in the fight if he just made that simple adjustment: which is more of a bad mark on his corner than Wilder to be fair.

Thank God he has hell in his hands though. But to say this fight was close is laughable.

You are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine.

Let me leave you with this open secret about boxing you already know: 'you can't beat the champ [in his own house] on points...you got to knock him out' as in it has to be a decisive victory. The fact that the champ knocked the challenger down TWICE, one of the knock downs being in the final round- and people were still like "I don't know about that..." when in came to the split decision IN FAVOR OF THE CHAMP...IN HIS HOUSE...speaks volumes about how the fight was going for Wilder.

It wasn't.

*two cents*

WILDER LOST!
He has a lot of learning to do.
He is too wild with his style and it has and will continue to cost him

It didn't cost him a thing up to this fight
I can’t holla “BOMB SQUAD!” no mo...:hmm:

Sure u can. Fury got a slow count and any other ref would have stopped the fight on the 2nd knockdown. Neither fighter embarrassed himself as far as showing heart.

Whoever is training Wilder, also needs to work on his legs, he needs more muscle there.

He reminds me of dudes I used to knew and grew up with, all they did was train their upper body, push ups all day, and when Hawaiian suits were in style, dudes had on the shorts, coming outside looking like a pair of twigs and got clowned.

Dude reminded me of that tonight.

Plus if his legs had more strength, he could step into his opponent while throwing a punch and hit him with more power. That round house, flailing arms shit is why Fury was ringing dude bell all night.

He trained in Big Bear with that thin ass air. People were sleeping on Fury, but he's a good boxer. I knew this would be Deontay's biggest test. This is actually a good tune up to fight Joshua for BOTH men.

Fury has a way of neutralizing people's jabs. Look at the Klitschko fight.

Wilder needed to cut the ring off and go to the body.

Tysons style and his ability to use his height

And reach efficiently is above average. .

Many fighters could've learned a lot watching tyson...

But most of all tyson is no joke going down and still finishing fights..

Plus people look at his body and take him lightly ..

You gotta respect his style ...

I do give deontay a lil credit tho..

I don't think he ever fought a fighter taller than him feel free to correct me if wrong tho..

Like I said tho

Next fight is not going the distance

If so it will be one-sided ...

But deontay gonna have to move that head more and stick that jab...

That weak shit he was calling a jab tonight was beyond sad....

I agree, but like I said before, Fury is agile for his size and neutralizes his opponents jab well.

He needs to sit down, watch this fight, learn from it and make adjustments. If it means cutting his team for a better one than so be it. It may be too late in the game for that though.

Yea it's fights like this that will up his game to new levels...

Say whatever you want about deontay but he bringing life back to heavyweight boxing after the klitchskos nearly wiped out all the work legends like Ali did making it one of the most elite titles in the world...

Yea klitchskos damned near killed the sport

I digress

Yea lookin forward to watching his next fight

But the fight I'm lookin forward to now is in

Mma bones Jones return rematch

But this fight here was dope like ibwas sayin

May have to pay for the next one...

Joshua's camp is smart as hell keeping his no stamina ass away from these dudes....

Both fighters tonight stamina was no joke....

Not feeling what he said in the post fight interview. Said he abandoned the game plan so that tells me Fury was in his head.

And fuck Lenox Lewis. It didn't matter where the fight was. It was a British judge that fucked Fury over. How do you explain that?

Add his speed as well to your assessment. Dude was quick with them jabs

Facts and his head movement

Was baffling the fuck out of deontay..

But yo when deontay got that knock down I jumped out might chair and lost it.. It was moments like that that makes boxing one of my top three favorite past times..

The last time I did that was when busted douglas

Shocked the world...

This tyson dude robbed wilder of one of the greatest comebacks ever..

By getting up....

The game plan was to attack the body to tire out Fury, but as you said, I think Furygot in his head. Fury did the same thing to Klitischko, talking trash, hand behind his back, wagging his tongue.

Ive been saying he needed to attack Tyson's body the whole time in this thread. Tyson got in his head, made him drop his game plan.

Don't get it twisted, Fury is the biggest fighter in the division. I don't see any other boxer doing that to Deontay. He can get away with that style with the other boxers at heavyweight because he's going to be taller and have the longer reach. Fury is the rare exception where he had the size advantage over Deontay.

Let's just say there is a lot of untapped talent waiting to be unleashed

Within deontay...

I don't think he should fire his old trainer but he does have to bring in someone that truly understands the game...

I love my bruh and watch all his fights ....

But I cringe everytime he throws those loooooooping ass overhands...and zero head movement.. ...

its untapped cause he dont' know how to box

it was BAD if he was even competent he would've served fury up. Fury and them basically watched the tape saw he telegraph's his power hand and avoided it
at the highest of high levels being predictable offensively means you not gonna get off as many good shots as you think you should.
also he should fire his trainer
cause whenever he actually attempted a flury, he was fucking burnt out immediately after. it was ridiculous.
it's why a scrub like fury could fight with his hands behind his back even in the 11th damn round and shit cause he knows what's coming.
credit to wilder for catching him the times he caught him but again when you at this level its not a guarantee that you're gonna knock him out..and he didn't

lots of shit he needs to work on if he gonna be seriously legit. just a basic set of boxing skills he outclasses fury who was scared of his power all night long.

I have the same scorecard maybe it is all subjective but I did not see Fury do anything to win the early rounds.which is what he would have needed to overcome the two knockdowns in the later rounds

Can't lie... Wilder was severely lacking in the technical department..he sucks.. helicopter ass puncher...he best get his shit together..that gypsy white boy...gonna knock his ass...brah
