Agreed! If Manny was still alive where do you think Wilder would be at in his career? His technical flaws aint getting fixed with 1 training camp, dude needs years of work really to learn the techniques in the ring.
I remember him saying that over the phone,Why do people keep saying Wilder was exposed? We knew going in he couldn't box. Even he said that.

That right there tells you that the fight was rigged and ultimately set up so that it could be a rematch to make more money.According to CompuBox punch statistics, Wilder landed 71 of 430 shots (17 percent), and Fury landed 84 of 327 (26 percent).
its untapped cause he dont' know how to box
it was BAD if he was even competent he would've served fury up. Fury and them basically watched the tape saw he telegraph's his power hand and avoided it
at the highest of high levels being predictable offensively means you not gonna get off as many good shots as you think you should.
also he should fire his trainer
cause whenever he actually attempted a flury, he was fucking burnt out immediately after. it was ridiculous.
it's why a scrub like fury could fight with his hands behind his back even in the 11th damn round and shit cause he knows what's coming.
credit to wilder for catching him the times he caught him but again when you at this level its not a guarantee that you're gonna knock him out..and he didn't
lots of shit he needs to work on if he gonna be seriously legit. just a basic set of boxing skills he outclasses fury who was scared of his power all night long.
Don't get it twisted, Fury is the biggest fighter in the division. I don't see any other boxer doing that to Deontay. He can get away with that style with the other boxers at heavyweight because he's going to be taller and have the longer reach. Fury is the rare exception where he had the size advantage over Deontay.
Exactly deontay wasn't used to being the smaller dude...
Trust next fight won't go the distance...
But they both win.. Deontay gets to up his game
Tyson has a whole new fan base in america that could've been Anthony joshuas
Joshua was the biggest loser in this. Fury's popularity shot up, Deontay's asking price went up a lot higher.
This shows that being undefeated don't mean shit. This is what boxing needs.
Sidebar: Tyson Fury is the oldest looking thirty-year-old I have ever seen in my life
30 is young?

Both fighters can kiss being undefeated goodbye.
Agreed. Two heavyweights who know how to sell a fight, then get in the ring and put it on the line and give a great showing. Wilder is definitely a bigger name than he was before for it. That's gonna make the paychecks nicer. A rematch here, then the other Brit can come get some. Heavyweights, and boxing in general needed this. I don't even think the outcome was that questionable. Two knockdowns in two separate LATER rounds is huge. I researched the first few rounds. Nothing seriously dominant about it. I usually take Paulies expertise on this, but this time I disagree slightly. Definitely not a robbery. The winner of that fight was fans... Even though the outcome was doubtful the fans definitely got a great boxing match.
If it was rigged it was a good rigging and a good show. That right there tells you that the fight was rigged and ultimately set up so that it could be a rematch to make more money.
