I'm satisfied. That was a good ending. I really like what they did with Isiah Bradley. Wondering how his grandson ends up even around those other young avengers now. I feel like Ross or somebody else big from the Black Widow movie was supposed to be in this, but they took it out because BW didnt come out first.
So basically.. Sam has to be the leader of the New Avengers now the way things stand...

Not necessarily. In the comics, there have been times where Cap was on the roster and wasn't the leader. Iron Man was leader during the Uktron and Nefaria storylines in the late 70's.

Depends where Banner's mindset is and whether or not Rhodey keeps an armored superhero i.d.-War Machine or Iron Patriot-after Armor Wars. The next leader might be Sam,Banner, or Rhodey.

The original Redwing wasn't Wakandan. Sam never set foot in Wakanda til Infinity War & encountered any Wakandan til fighting in Civil War. The new Redwing is an upgrade from the Wakandans
