BOOM! I had this same conversation last week. Most DEI programs are for in house "awareness" as opposed to bringing on NEW employees a la AA? My cousin works for the DEI section of HR for one of the F500s. Don't want to speak too much on him, because I know some of yall on here do "the devil's work" for free.

He said their DEI program is making people more aware of different culture including if you see a disgusting honkey or confused ass nigga with some black shit smushed all over their foreheads in March it is because they are catholic and it is for lent. Not everyone knows that, but in honkey's minds everyone does, and why wouldn't they?

Just as in the case of Elon Musk, H – 1B visas are a gateway to a green card, then citizenship. It is falsely represented as a worker being temporarily used.

I represent the opposite end of the spectrum of being a US citizen and having every conceivable roadblock put in my way to keep me from leaving such as financial or health. Then I gotta deal with the crybaby terrorist nonsense and being exposed to their propaganda 24/7.

I am wrapping up some time wasting nonsense and they try to create something else for me to be tied up with wasting my time. They even go to other countries and threaten them so I'll have no options.
