in short. NO, DOGE isn't legal. But because Republicans have a majority in both houses and are too scared to speak out, they are letting Drumof overstep his powers and move like a damn dictator, which is what he wanted all along.

ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICE HAS TO BE CREATED AND APPROVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH. They dictate how money is spent and where. Elon as "an advisor" NOT a Department Head is supposed to be ONLY working as an advisor the days he is "advising" the President. And he can only do that like 180 days out of the year......

Had he stopped "managing and/or operating" his other companies the past month while working at/with DOGE?..... NO, so he's not an advisor.

Drumpf told a group of Miami investors, Elon is Head of Doge....what 1-2 days after telling Congress that he wasn't.....

And then went on Fox News and they asked something like, "who is going to make sure Elon doesn't go off the rails?" His answer....... Elon.

What he has done with DOGE is completely illegal and as Jasmine Crocket has pointed out, totally a farce because USAID (less than 1%) and most of the departments they have targeted only make up less than 10% of the overall budget. If you wanted to really "cut the fat" and go after waste..... look into the DoD which by year end 2024 was nearly 25% of the overall budget ($1.7 Trillion)

Why were we (taxpayers) paying $1k per toilet, how did $10s of Billions go unaccounted for the past 20 years in Iraq/ Afghanistan and allegedly $10 billion go unaccounted for in Ukraine?! That money alone would be more savings than the forced cuts and buyouts they've done the past month by at least 10X if not more.

I don't give the Republicans in Congress any passes. Saying they're scared is an excuse.They are willfully complicit in whats going on because it's shit that has been on the their hitlist for years. The things they doing right now is what they're been projecting on the dems. They said Obama ruled by executive order and fought him in court. Trump comes and within a shirt pushed out a shit load of executive orders that have been executive by unelected persons and entities outside of the government. All while dems cheer it on.

I didn't mean scared as in they have morals, principles and boundaries they were knowingly crossing and really feel bad about.
