For example FBI, CIA, Military and air traffic controllers should all ignore it.
Call their bluff and make them start mass firings in those areas and see how Elon/Trump responds.

There's a reason why Trump is replacing the heads of the military. The military do not take an oath to Trump but to the constitution. Yet the DEIs that he's putting in place are sworn to him.
