Goddamn right! Will be a sticky on that day. People need to add info so we start building our knowledge. I’m look into the tax laws in the UAE and it’s not too bad for Americans. Once I find a video that is more concise I will post it.
My cousin lives a few blocks down from this area..

Thailand is super cheap as well. Colombia is lovely and is also cheap.
Columbia last on my list. Fine women, but dirty and more dangerous. Lot of passport ninjas are there. I wanna go where hoeing isn’t what it’s known for. I want quiet, erotic beaches, clear water, pretty women and dirty cheap, so I’m going Southern Asia

We got our apartment in Panama City last week. It's a 2/2 on the 36th floor for 1700/mo. We have a 2 year lease. LOVE it! We're in the Bella Vista district on Avenida Balboa. We just got back to Atlanta last night and will be leaving again in 3 weeks. We plan on going back over there for good at the end of this year.

We did explore other countries. We were going to move to Madeira, but our investments put us at a 46-48% tax bracket. Panama was our plan B. If your money comes from outside of Panama, there are no taxes. That works for us, plus, we like it there. Also, it's not as expensive as you think.

Exactly there are so many horror stories of dudes who lost big money.... I remember about two weeks ago,

somebody posted a story of a bruh who had a business in Ghana, and as soon as his lease ran out, they just

bulldozed his shit, and sold it....

Another story of a dude who thought he found true love in Thailand... he married a Thai chick....

bought a nice house out there and some land, spend all his money opening up a business...

come to find out the thai chick already had a WHOLE family out there, and they eventually

took over his house and business.... and just kicked him to the curb.... when them Asian

team up on yo ass its a wrap, the whole fuckin town will come out against a foreigner,

especially a cac from england... so theres lots of bullshit you have to really look out for...

without govt connections.. good luck with that shit!!
i think i know the guy you are talking about. the one who owned the auditorium style building. i think there's more to that story than just him running out of his lease and it being bulldozed to the ground. he was ghanaian himself too so i guess our/his own people did it to him. for him to have gotten permission to build something that large, means he had connections, either in the current govt or in the previous one. then at at some point, this administration probably went up to him and asked him to increase kickbacks, to which he refused and they therefore found some flimsy excuse to bulldoze his shit. he messed with the most corrupt government ever to govern ghana, the akuff addo administration. these guys are basically mafioso. they take what they want and steal what they want, when they want it. so many people, both regular ghanaians, as well as diasporean ghanaians have lost so much under this current admnistration. it has never happened at any other time under any other administration.

Man i never made it to Senegal. Damn I was talking about visiting Senegal back in like 09/10 so you went way back. Truth be told, I don't like flying like that. After 4 hours on a plane i get antsy and I'm ready to get off. Turbulence and flying doesn't bother me, I guess i dont like being enclosed for long periods of time. Hell Im cursed since I cant sleep due to the planes movements. So basically making that trip across the Atlantic would be tough.

ah, i see. yeah i remember you talking about senegal. for a minute there i thought you was even from there. but anyways, as far as the antsyness goes, you know you could always have your doc give you a valium to knock yourself out. you take your valium, right when you get on, knock you right the fuck out. the smell of wollof ( senegalese jollof) is what will awaken you by the time you land.

are there plenty of things to do?
Yeah its tons of stuff to get into. Culturally most definitely and especially if you're an outdoors person. There are a few bars around but I wasn't looking for any clubs. The biggest surprise to me was I was able to get LTE all over the place and I felt extremely safe wherever I went.

I'm seeing now that some countries in Latin America are pushing the 6 month rule for Visa's to drive foreigners out of there country. Is that also in Panama?

It takes awhile to closeout a country you lived in for awhile. Border Patrol is searching digitally, so I am deleting all that old shit. That shit can get out of hand if you don't maintain it.

With all the surveillance, I don't save anything anymore versus back in the day. I don't have nothing to hide.

They keep trying to detain as long as possible, I think they got some retarded nonsense planned after the election.

I am tied up with other nonsense.

depends on what i take. i mean taking a 5mg valium won't be the same as taking 10mg, so it's all subjective. also, just taking it for a flight is not gonna make you addicted.

What part of Panama? I was in Panama 2-3 times this year. I probably hit 3-4 cities. Rainy season is real.

Just coming back from Aruba for the 3rd time since May. In the Uber right now, in fact. I hate coming back. My wife wants a certain neighborhood in Aruba. I’m like we’re poor out here. We’ve gotta get in where we fit in. A bunch of multimillion dollar homes in this neighborhood. Where’s the cheapest one y’all got?

Banks want 40% down. I can do 10-25 maybe. Not 40 this second.
