I've did a pit stop through Philly but never did much sight seeing and talking to the people,only the people my older brothers were friends with which are older guys who were friendly after they seen who we were.My brother's love that city and the dudes they've became friends with there but like my older brother pointed out you won't hear about no one vacationing or visiting Philly unless their from there or know people there cause it's just one of those places where the people are friendly towards anyone but especially outsiders who they can just tell how you are that you're not from there.
