I wouldn't trust any magnets even the ones advertised as car gun mounts. The magnets are definitely strong but the gun can still move around on them & will fly off if enough momentum is given during a hard stop or accident. Last thing you wanna have happen is your gun flying around in the car
It's just an open compartment. I misunderstood you. My bad. I thought you knew something about electronic transmissions that I didn't!

Ahh I got ya. I still wouldn't place the 45 there unless it's in a holster & mounted in some way to keep it from moving around while you're driving or flying around the cabin if it got out of the compartment

I got a sling shot in my car. Right before getting out of the military they went all out to try to get me locked up. Then when I got out the same demons were chasing me. In Reno Nevada I caught a case for something I did not do. And the police out righted lied so it was a total railroad. You watch privileges you thought you was born with disappear. But there is a certain birthright of freedom that they do not control unless they control you.
It was alright to carry a weapon if it is to be used to kill for who ever is suppose to be your hidden master and it is alright to carry a weapon to protect what they have. But if you are not controlled,
It always amazed me how after being brought over here in inhumane conditions and then have to survive in inhumane conditions how can they give the slaves guns and they fight for their oppressor and still not for themselves? That was worse than the mind control experiment and experiment on how to disrupt and infiltrate black organizations in Jonestown. A lot of the blacks and whites there did not realize at first what they were involved with. And congressman Ryan did not see what he had walked into trying to do what is right.

Whatever you do, practice practice practice. And don't let you or anyone else in your household that you trust with your firearms be like this

She damn near killed herself & others in close vicinity. If someone took her there then they need to be banned too for not properly preparing her or getting involved more quickly when it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing

Muthfuckas on her ig comments think that shit funny and cute. Smdh

Man I’m glad I found this thread.
Got my CCL a few months ago and ready to buy a gun.
Do you guys suggest testing different guns out at the range or just buy like a 45?

I like Springfield Armony xdm m or hellcat line. For a. 45 go with a glock 41 or 21..smooth short barrel and simple design

I have theSpringfield Elite XDM. It's 9mm. It's the round that I stick with. Don't get caught up in movies with the hype of a 45.

45 and 9mm have the same stopping power and distances, I've seen tons of YouTube comparisons. 9mm can hold more rounds in a gun as well. Mine holds 22 rounds and with hollow points, the whole 45/9mm is a moot point.

9mm is also the easiest accessible bullet and cheaper large round.

Don't know if you want a big gun. My Elite 4.5" is one. I barely carry it but it is the cleanest shooting gun I have. My son was 15 when I took him to the range and was easy for him and on target. I have a Taurus G3C also I carry daily. Under a tee you see no imprint.

Imprint is my concern.

You don't want someone seeing you carrying and try you or sneak up on you and grab it depending on where you live or where you are.

My next gun may be a 1911 but want it as a 45 but wouldn't be daily carrier unless I mount it in my truck. But I wouldn't carry it in waist. Too but for me for the guns I like. Some ole Clint Eastwood chit lol.

Test at the range. Every gun is different and will feel different. Rent different models to find the one that you feel the most comfortable with. Don't buy just based on a name or scoff at something cuz of the price. Do your research and ask questions to fill in the gaps.

I personally carry a Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 as my EDC and have a Walter PDP full size as my home defense pistol. Both are 9mm and can be had for under $600. If I go with any other caliber it's 10mm. Hits harder and faster than 9mm and makes a wound size as big as .45 but penetrates far deeper.

I like 1911s too. They not practical anymore, but they can get the job done.

Decide on if you want a striker fired or hammer fired gun. Glocks, Canik, Springfield XD, H&K VP9 are all striker fired. Keep in mind that when you rack the slide with a striker fired gun, the striker is cocked. The only way to release it is to pull the trigger. There have been cases of the striker going off when the gun is dropped. Its kinda similar to carrying a hammer fired gun cocked and locked. You can eliminate this potential problem by just not racking the slide until you are ready to shoot. Its a personal preference, but something to think about before picking a gun.

I'm gonna put this out there
i have this for everyday carry

1.jpg

it's small, easy to carry and conceal
my philosophy is
this is for emergencies
i know how to shoot,so if i fire at you i will probably hit you
.380 is enough to stop you and i'm not using full metal jacket ammo

Keep in mind that the smaller the gun the snappier it'll be and less accurate as the distance to target increases. Up to 7 yards they're good enough even if your aim is shitty but follow up shots can be a potential problem due to the snappy recoil. In 380 it isn't as bad but still noticeable.

The main downside to them is they may not be as fun to shoot and if they're not fun to shoot then you're less likely to train with them.

all true
but how often do you need to shoot past 21ft
most altercations will be up close

I don't need this but was surprised how tiny this was for a 9mm sub

I saw this the other day and held it, this guy was having it chromed in black. Was a nice tiny piece for EDC.
