Finally received my G.P.S range bag. This shit looks like it'll serve very nicely. The top section doesn't feel like it'll sag either cuz the bottom base has a very firm frame that doesn't depend on the pistol cases to be inside

Finally decided on an LPVO went with a Leupold VX-R Patrol in 1.25-4 and I lucked up on a Badger Ordnance 1.7" 30mm mount, they've been sold out for months. So far I like the eyebox and the dot is visible at night. I like that its lightweight (lightest in its class!) and has motion activation. It balances good, we shall see after I give it a good shakedown.

***EDIT*** Size & weight. LPVOs are generaly smaller/lighter/faster than a traditional long range scope, but the trade-off is reduced range. I won't be engaging targets past 500m with this rifle, it is for close to medium targets. So advantage over say a 8x or 16x scope is faster target acquisition, as well as weight/size. I'm only shooting 556 at about 2310fps out an 11.5" suppressed barrel, so it ain't goin far anyway.

LPVO is good for intermediate distances but once you go up to a longer distance, scopes are better. Think of LPVOs as red dots with adjustable magnification. They won't offer you the full power range of a standard scope but are just fine for intermediate range usage

I need a good set up to secure my shit in my car. A lock box and a Quickdraw mount type shit. Anyone have something they recommend?
I have a Vaultek Lifepod that I keep under my seat that's secured with security cable. I also have a AlienGear holster mounted right by my leg. It's mounted via 3M adhesive so no drilling was needed and the holster itself sticks to the 3M pad via very strong velcro

Acura gang unite!!! Lol What acura do you have? I have I Tlx so my set up would be the same. My old TL had little "pockets" on both sides of the center console that was perfect for guns. That set up looks good though

Tier 1 Axis Elite holster just arrived for my Shield Plus. This time I went with the extended mag sidecar and am much happier with the mag height on it. Even with the 13 round extended mag in, it still sits lower than the regular mag for my M&P 2.0 in my Axis Slim holster that was setup with the regular mag sidecar. I might have to reorder a new holster for the M&P now.

I'm assuming it's gun specific? Or can I use multiple firearms?

Now they finna fuck it up for e'rybody

The way "I" am interpreting it is P80s can still be sold as long as they don't include a jig, aren't dimpled for drilling, and aren't part of a completion kit.

This seems more of an inconvenience than an outright ban. Plus, If I ever sold a P80, I would have to serialize it before hand.

Again, this is my own interpretation, I'm no lawyer.

They make frames that are serialized. I bought one earlier this year for my custom G19 build project so I wouldn't have to worry about any issues

What’s the word on the Ruger PC Charger.... it seems to be a interesting weapon....
I have one, it's nothing special. There are too many better options out there. I would build an AR based PCC pistol (or F1 SBR if you are title II savvy)

How does it shoot? I heard they shoot like 1911s. I thought about making one for the heck of it, but I hate the P80 frames. I'm just used to conventional Glock frames, and don't care for the undercuts and other ways they carve up the 80s. If I made an 80% anything it would be an AR, that would be a neat project. But I still have 3 lowers in the safe I need to do something with. :rolleyes2:

My build isn't complete yet. I'm still debating on what kind of slide to buy. As for glock frames, I absolutely hate them. I'm not a fan of the grip angle and the grip width is like a damn 2x4 that hurts the web of my hand. I prefer the grip angle of guns like the Smith and Wesson M&P or the Walther PDP. The Polymer80 grip has a similar angle that feels more natural & comfortable to me
