If they picked it up.... definitely
Netflix is just showing Seasons 1/2 in certain international markets.
Netflix, tubi and Hulu have been dumping grounds of TV series/movies from a number of Big name movie studios and TV/Cable networks.
So don’t get excited…
The 'flix has picked up and renewed the series You and a few others from other networks in the past. If the analytics shows a strong interest in their target demo, they'll green light it......
Two things I didn't consider tho. One is the cost of licensing Halo from Microsoft, (but seeing how well Fallout and that animated gamer show did on Prime) they may value a property like Halo pretty high and Microsoft may want it to stay in production....
And finally the production cost of each episode. There's a lot of CGI in Halo. If they can use "A.I." or creative ways to shoot it without such high costs they may have a hit on their hands

Netflix acquired from MAX the series “Scavenger Reign” last year and announced they were gonna continue it.
Then after they acquired it, they cancelled it before it got uploaded to Netflix.
Netflix historically loves cancelling shit.
