The whole "Texans out to get Deshaun" argument, is suspect to me b/c this situation hurts the Texans too. They can't play him or trade him, they can only take a loss. I know they willing to cutoff they nose to spite they face but his contract was $156 million.

A couple complaints I'd still have doubt, this armie hammer type shit ain't a good look. Deshaun innocent until proven guilty, but I am not prepared to die on this hill:

Darren Sharper
Kellen Winslow
Justin Crawford
You do realize all these allegations alleged actual RAPE, and all victims filed criminal charges right? No need to die on any hill for anyone, but referencing these instances and comparing here actually should result in you giving Deshaun benefit of doubt.

If you go for the money instead of calling the police you have lost all credibility with me. Because if you get a conviction in the courts you are guaranteed money.
Agree 100%. Someone violates you the logical thing to want is for them to pay for their crimes and go to jail.

No. Lets not agree to disagree it. Lets discuss it. ..

One victim is claiming he forcefully made her perform oral sex just a few months ago. Thats rape. Instead of filing charges or seeking assistance from law enforcement, she hires a high profile celeb attorney and attempts to negotiate a mid 6 figure settlement behind the scene. When that doesnt work she files a civil claim only and not a criminal one. You mention people painting accusers as money hungry, but here, the facts point to a money grab on face value alone.

Critical thinking is important. Thats why i challenge people like you to NOT fall to lazy knee jerk conclusions and cliches like "where there be smoke they be fire". Such "analysis" requires zero thought and it typically results in a presumption of wrong doing on the part of the accused. The timing of these matters alone is suspicious - at least- add to that you now have 9 women slowly coming out of the woodwork alleging misconduct and not ONE decided to file a police report in real time in an environment that is MORE than favorable to victims of sexual misconduct? Just dont make sense man.

Further, when you see that most are social media workers, most of whom have taken a large hit due to covid... and the shit looks like chicks looking for another stimulus check while being egged on by a friend of Deshauns disgruntled employer. Speaking of which, this shit is straight out of the ole school bigots playbook of character assassination of the uppity black man.

It just boggles my mind how many times we see our people get fucked over and jammed up on bullshit allegations, yet we still are eager to give benefit of doubt to mere allegations. Shit is insane to me. And to be clear, i dont know if the brother did any of this shit or not.. But i do know that assessing all available info as of today, this shit smells pretty fucking fishy .... to me.
:bravo:
Well said.

I guess my whole thing is I've dated several women, married then divorced one, about to marry another, and know other women personally who have been victims of sexual assault. Hell the woman I'm with now was raped last year by an ex football player... that case is still pending and because of how close it hits to home I won't go into any details... but the point I'm making is often times women don't speak up because they feel if they do they're going to be ridiculed, shamed, attacked for doing so.
Respect brother. And i appreciate this. But, as you alluded, the cases you have personal interest in have become criminal matters and have atleast begun to go thru the legal process. Here we dont have that. We literally have clients hiring a negotiator while forgoing the legal (criminal) process. I understand the norms and the victimization of women. What im saying here tho is to simply be open minded and assess this matter on its face with the information we have available.
Just like this is, as you called it a play "straight out of the ole school bigots playbook of character assassination of the uppity black man," Deshaun's actions that he's being accused of show a pattern of behavior that cannot be ignored. Dude got one of the baddest women in the city on his side and he's soliciting "massages" from hoes on social media... on 9 different occasions? One or two women my bullshit meter would definitely be going off, but 9 different women? This is a pattern...
Yes. Definitely a pattern. But i dont see a pattern of sexual misconduct. I see a pattern of poor decision making and a young dude in todays social media environment putting himself in position to be compromised. Also, dont let the numbers (alone) sway your opinion here. This will look like dam near like a class action suit before its done. The bar to file civil charges and make baseless allegations is very low.. And in matters of he said/she said its even lower and becomes even more lower with each passing allegation. A pile-on here is inevitable. There is blood in the water and what looks like a easy payday looming. Anyone this nigga sneezed on will raise they hand and say #MeToo at this point.

Bro first off much respect to you... I know we have our back n forths but overall you always solid with your takes and I appreciate that.

Think on this, sexual assault is one of if not the only crime where the victim is told how they played a part in the crime committed against them... we tell them "you shouldn't have worn that" or "you shouldn't have went there alone" or "nobody told you to drink the much," etc. Women don't speak on shit like this because we beat them into submission with our own analysis of the crime vs actually hearing them out and letting due process run its course.

Again, I understand every point you're making. The timing is fishy. It is an attack on a seemingly good young black man. Yes there are other anomalies in play here that lead you to be suspicious. White people are involved and that alone should lead to a whole helluva lot of side eye distrust and suspicions.

With that said I'm not going to bash these women right off the bat because I think they're looking for a come up, because I disagree with their profession, because thots gonna thot, or because I think their lawyer is a money hungry attention whore. They at least deserve to be heard. If it's bullshit it'll all come out in the wash, they'll get exposed, and Deshaun can sue all involved for punitive damages.

Just like this is, as you called it a play "straight out of the ole school bigots playbook of character assassination of the uppity black man," Deshaun's actions that he's being accused of show a pattern of behavior that cannot be ignored. One or two women my bullshit meter would definitely be going off, but 9 different women? This is a pattern...

It seems to me he was smashing instagram hoes and somebody planted the seed in their heads that this was a better come up. If you think about this logically, these aren't victims of asbestos or some pesticide; they weren't running ads on tv and all the thots saw it and happened to all come to the same lawyer. :smh::lol:If you want to go at him for paying thots for pussy that is fair and he alone gave them the ammunition to come at him. I just don't like the "we will accuse you of assault/rape if you don't pay us off" aspect to this.

We saw this exact scenario play out with the Derrick Rose case. Perfect example of why not to fuck with bitches with nothing to lose :smh: :smh: :smh:

It makes all the sense in the world. When have whites not been willing to spite themselves in order to put a ni1993R in his place? Thats what white supremacy is about.

Further, they lose nothing by devaluing him as a asset. Teams will still line up to trade for him and the Texans will still be worth billions as a organization. BUT, Deshaun will NEVER get his entire squeaky clean image and reputation back. And thats the point.

They tried Michael Irvin right before a Super Bowl but fucked up guessing at a date and he wasn't even in the city she claimed it happened in.

They tried it with Warren Sapp (I think it was him) when he was on TV and caught the bitch on camera walking away hugged up with another dude after saying he beat her and she couldn't walk.

Also, they might try to use this to try to void his contract, by pointing to a conduct clause.

As soon as this came out, it was obvious that it was an orchestrated character hit job and not a bunch of thots finding the sudden courage to stand up to a sexual predator. The damage is done now so he should call their bluff and let each one of these cases go to trial. Let them get their "life styles" exposed, lose and have to pay his legal fees just like every thot before that tried this dumb shit without thinking it all the way through.

Very good point here.

Cacs who own the teams aren't rational actors especially when issues of race/power are at play. Case in point, Kaepernick is still better than how many current starters right now and can't even get a backup position. :smh:

You forget this is the same team that traded the nfl #1 wide Wr Deandre Hopkins- for a slab of Ray Ray's Ribs. THE Texans organization are a bunch of morons( You see everyone wants to leave) so when it comes to Demolshing your disgruntled QB because he wants to go- and fucking your Own team to do so- is not to far fetched with the Texans.

I had to Google it because I heard about the charges but didn’t know what he was accused of?

So here it is:

The women, all massage therapists or masseuses, say they were assaulted by Watson during separate incidents in 2020. The most serious allegation claims that Watson, 25, forced a woman to perform oral sex on him during a massage therapy session in December of that year. That woman, identified only as "Jane Doe," claimed that soon after she started massaging Watson, he "aggressively started dictating the massage and where he wanted Plaintiff to touch him on his body," allegedly directing her to focus on his glutes, his "inner thighs" and his "inner glutes."

"Watson made clear, repeatedly, that he was a professional football player, who could help, or hurt, her career," the suit alleges.

At one point, the lawsuit states, Watson "got more aggressive, forcefully telling her to move her hand down to his pubic area," and "instructed her to slide her hand across his genitals" before forcing her to perform oral sex on him.

The lawsuit says the victim "blacked out" for a few minutes out of fear during the encounter, and was "confused" and "terrified."

In another lawsuit, Watson is accused of beginning a massage by lying on the table fully naked with his genitals exposed in August 2020. When the masseuse asked him to cover himself with a towel, Watson allegedly refused to do so. He is also accused in this lawsuit of "aggressively" telling the masseuse to massage areas that were inappropriately close to his genitals.

The lawsuit states that after Watson turned over onto his back, exposing himself again, and refused to cover himself with a towel, the masseuse ended the massage.

The third lawsuit also accuses Watson of directing the massage therapist to focus on his groin area, in a way that made her "extremely uncomfortable," in March 2020. At one point, the lawsuit states, he purposefully exposed himself and touched the plaintiff's hand with the tip of his penis.

When the plaintiff started crying and asked him to leave, Watson allegedly responded, "I know you have a career and a reputation, and I know you would hate for someone to mess with yours, just like I don't want anyone messing with mine." He then left without incident, the lawsuit states.

I don’t get those Derrick rose texts messages

Thots dont understand that when you file a lawsuit against someone they are entitled to discovery. The texts show they were looking for someone to take advantage of and even talking about the TVs and surgeries they would get after getting the money they thought they would from Rose. This is why I say let every one of these lawsuits go to trial. Let them explain under oath their "professions" as well as who orchestrated all of this bullshit. The damage to his reputation is done so he may as well take down some thots with him for trying to use him as a come up.
