You should look also at the showcase page on the site and look at settings or wording that some use like --hd or some other things like 'photorealistic' or some used '8k'

Yes can create male/female pics. Can go on the site and request images or filter thru what's been created. I did it days ago. But today a friend sent me the latest ones he got from someone else.
A lot of the errors like hands and stuff, in the paid side the site says you can go back and correct weird effects. Many images I've seen look very damn realistic.
