Naw, I agree 100% that's why it's important for people to do their due diligence before making a series investment...
I think what's different from this dude and all the other real estate investors is that's not his main revenue generator....Dude has:
1. Security Company - leverage his skills as a police officer and his brother who was a state trooper to start their own firm vs. working for another firm.
2. Real Estate - side hustle that he just grew
3. Day Care Center - noticed a need with fellow officers that needed to work crazy hours but didn't have day care service. His fellow officers of course trusted him and that was instant credibility.. Wife overseas that business...
I know EYL has had alot of scammers on their show, but they also had some legit folks on their also....
I just think his story is more relataeble (being a former police officer) and his strategy can be employed by most people....Don't quick your job and use your salary to invest in your business...
